Bu politika, Connect On Digital tarafından geliştirilen ve yalnızca kendi ekibimiz tarafından kullanılan “Connect On Digital — Ads MCP” adlı Meta uygulaması için geçerlidir. Uygulama, müşterilerimize ait Meta reklam hesaplarını, Facebook Sayfalarını ve Instagram hesaplarını yönetmek amacıyla Meta Marketing API’sini kullanan dahili bir araçtır; genel kullanıcı kaydına açık değildir ve son kullanıcılara herhangi bir hizmet sunmaz.
Uygulama, yalnızca müşterimizin bize açıkça yetki verdiği hesaplarda ve yalnızca aşağıdaki verilere erişir:
Uygulama; kullanıcıların özel mesajlarına, arkadaş listelerine, ödeme bilgilerine veya reklam yönetimiyle ilgisi olmayan kişisel verilere erişmez.
Erişilen veriler yalnızca müşterilerimizin reklam kampanyalarının kurulması, optimize edilmesi ve raporlanması ile toplanan potansiyel müşteri kayıtlarının ilgili müşteriye iletilmesi amacıyla kullanılır. Veriler reklam hedefleme dışında profilleme amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Veriler üçüncü taraflara satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla aktarılmaz. Her müşteriye ait veriler yalnızca o müşteriyle ve Meta platformlarıyla paylaşılır. Yasal bir zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili mercilere yapılan aktarımlar saklıdır.
Reklam performans verileri raporlama amacıyla, müşteriyle olan hizmet ilişkisi boyunca saklanır. Potansiyel müşteri kayıtları ilgili müşteriye aktarıldıktan sonra sistemlerimizde tutulmaz. Hizmet ilişkisi sona erdiğinde ilgili veriler ve erişim yetkileri kaldırılır.
Uygulamanın kullandığı erişim anahtarları, yalnızca yetkili personelin erişebildiği, şifreli bağlantı üzerinden yönetilen bir sunucuda saklanır. Erişim yetkileri düzenli olarak gözden geçirilir ve gerekmediğinde iptal edilir.
Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etmek için info@connectondigital.com adresine “Veri Silme Talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve sonucu tarafınıza bildirilir.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin sınırlandırılmasını talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu haklarınızı yukarıdaki e-posta adresi üzerinden kullanabilirsiniz.
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncelleme durumunda bu sayfadaki yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir.

This policy applies to the Meta application “Connect On Digital — Ads MCP”, developed and used solely by the Connect On Digital team. The application is an internal tool that uses the Meta Marketing API to manage advertising accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts belonging to our clients. It is not open to public sign-up and provides no service to end users.
The application accesses only the accounts our clients have explicitly authorised us to manage, and only the following data:
The application does not access private messages, friend lists, payment information, or any personal data unrelated to advertising management.
Data is used only to create, optimise and report on our clients’ advertising campaigns, and to deliver collected lead records to the relevant client. Data is not used for profiling beyond advertising targeting.
Data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Each client’s data is shared only with that client and with the Meta platforms. Disclosures required by law to competent authorities are reserved.
Advertising performance data is retained for reporting purposes for the duration of the client engagement. Lead records are not retained in our systems once delivered to the relevant client. When an engagement ends, the related data and access permissions are removed.
Access tokens used by the application are stored on a server managed over encrypted connections and reachable only by authorised personnel. Access permissions are reviewed periodically and revoked when no longer required.
To request deletion of your data, email info@connectondigital.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Requests are completed within 30 days and the outcome is communicated to you.
You have the right to access your data and to request its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may exercise these rights via the email address above.
This policy may be updated. If it is, the effective date on this page will be revised.
